I have been addicted to Discovery Health since my freshman year of college. I have seen all episodes. My favorites are Delivery Me, Birth Day, Adoption Stories, and I love The Baby Diaries. I like that Delivery Me has real stories from a doc's point of view and all the beautiful and not so beautiful things of pregnancy.

I have the same problem!!!! I always watch tv shows about babies and birth.....I have even gone on the internet and watched natural births, not good for my apprehension lol....doesnt help that I am so scared of labour....hopefully we all have a smooth labour with the least amounf of pain, good luck <3

OMG...when I was pregnant I would wake up every morning go to McDonald's and get a Sausage biscuit and Ice Coffee (I know I wasn't suppose to have it, but I was addicted), and watch Discovery health all morning.....I guess its just a preggo thing.

I am with you on that, I have the health channel programmed as a favorite on my remote!! I am actually watching "Birth Day" right now at 7 in the morning. I love all the baby shows and they are helpful as well. I just wish they would put on new shows more often, they repeat alot of the same episodes. Have a good day, enjoy baby watching!!

haha i alsooo loove!!!!! the baby shows, like a birth story and bringing home baby and all that stuff, i love watching it. thats whats made me excited about labour, cos i see after and its soo sweet, i used to watch before i was pregnant and love it id be like ooh i soo badly want one, thats soo cute im jelous, and id cry all the time haha, ur not the only one!! i dont no why im not scared of the pain (yet) i guess im weird xxx

Okay so I am addicted!! I am addicted to the Discovery Health channel. I can not stop watching the any and all stories about babies. I admit that there are times when the show special deliveries upsets me a great deal. I do not like to see babies born with problems as, I think life is hard enough as it is. However it scares the HELL OUT OF ME the labor! Some women go through it with a breeze and some toss and turn and look absolutely miserable. It never fails because I'll always hide my face, and say oh my goodness soon that will be me. I kid, you not I have worried about how much pain I will REALLY have to deal with! I know every woman's birth story is different, but still in all, I am scared! I just hope, Muffin Girl has turned around because, I don't want a C-section! Discovery Health gives me all sides, and it teaches a LOT...so Yes *raising right hand* My name is, Beauti and I am a Discovery Health Addict..LOL
