My mood while writing this blog: Tired |
Hello Ladies,
It's been three weeks since I've given birth to, Muffin. After giving birth to her I had urine incontinence and I still seem to have it. I am fearful that this will not end. I do not go to my GYN until March 11th...so I am hopeful that someone can tell me that this actually does stop because it's quite embarrassing!!! So SOMEONE give me hope...PLEASE!

Tuesday, 24 Feb I still have that problem. They say to do kegels, but I'm don't really like doing them. But it should help. I need to start now. I am too young to be wearing depends. LOL voncoco -
Monday, 23 Feb it gets better.... but for me it was never quite the same. The trick is to go potty more often so you don;t get as full. and wear a panty liner when you are doing more strenous activity or if you have a cold. Do lots of kegels it really helps!!! adnorel -
Monday, 23 Feb I had it really bad after my son was born. To the point that I couldn't cough or sneeze or laugh without peeing on myself. I used the bladder control pads instead of the regular ones. It has been 4 1/2 weeks now for me and it has gotten considerably better. Now I only have that problem if I try to lift something way to heavy or something like that. It does get better mamix2nluv -
