19-12-2008 - 5th Midwife Appt (28 weeks)

Wow, what a week - I'm just starting to feel better after picking up the 'orrible sickness bug going round at the moment. I have never felt so uncomfortable..throwing up with a bump is not fun!! Now I realise how lucky I am to not have experienced morning sickness past the first trimester! Poor baby, probably wondered what on earth was going on!

I can blame getting ill on going to my Midwife appointment on Monday - sitting in a GP surgery where I'm sure a bunch of idiots with D+V decided it would be a bright idea to visit the Dr's - STAY AT HOME IN FUTURE MORONS! Grrr..Rant over.

Moving on to the actual appointment..tummy measured exactly 28 weeks :) Baby's heartrate was between 140-150bpm but this time she couldn't tell what position baby was hanging out in. I have quite a wriggler! Hopefully I can find out at my next appointment in January when I'll be 31 weeks! Will be interesting to know, I can't get over how much this kid moves! I've started to feel a lot of kicks/punches under my ribs..some of them really hurt, but I still love feeling them!
