Morning ladies
I had my 6th Midwife appointment yesterday (31 weeks) and everything is going well :) My tummy is measuring exactly 31cm, although I feel like I'm much bigger!! Baby's heart rate was between 130-140bpm and my blood pressure is fine. She didn't check the baby's position so I'm guessing it isn't important at this stage. I think he/she is still lying transversely though! I've been crawling around on all fours like a crazy woman in the hope that Fig turns soon!
I also had my 1st antenatal class yesterday afternoon. The 1st and 2nd sessions are with the Midwife and Physio + the 3rd and 4th sessions are with the Health Visitor and Physio. Took James along to this one as he won't be able to make next week and it was actually really fun! We got given a quiz about labour + childbirth to find out how much we already know (which isn't a lot in my case!) and then had lots of information offloaded on us! She gave us a written pack to refer to when we get nearer due date time. The Physio went through correct posture and relaxation techniques, which was helpful. Next week we're covering the actual birth..fun fun fun!

my lil one is waiting to come out my doc said she is in the right position so hopefully when the time comes she'll come out quick (i hope) i have only seen my midwife once so far but my doc wants to see me once a week now and my antenatel class doesn't start till the 3rd feb which i thought is a bit late cos they go for 5 weeks might see if there is any chance starting earlier take care

AH HUN ONLY 9 MORE WEEKS TO GO.BUB WILL DEFO STILL MOVE,I THOUGHT BABY WAS STILL BREECH COZ OF THE WAY SHE MOVES AND TURNS BUT NOPE SHE IS HEAD DOWN,BUM ON MY LEFT SIDE AND FEET AND KNEES ON MY RIGHT SIDE.NOW THAT IS WERE I GET THE BIGGEST MOVEMENTS.ITS CRAZY HOW SHE CAN STILL MOVE WITH SO LITTLE SPACE.LOL:-)

My little guy keeps moving, I hope he's not breech or transverse either. I'm aweful at predicting positions...I hope he/she moves for you :o)

I've got an anti natal weekend starting sat so hope it's as fun as your class!! I'm hoping it's going to calm my nerves about the birth which is scaring me- thinking I only have 7 weeks till my due date!!ahahh. Glad to hear your well

Hey Becs!
Glad to hear all went well at your doc's appointment. Its funny, although my doc said J.J was now head down i can still feel lots of movements at every corner of me and at the same time too!! How can s/he do that? Think i might have a wee contortionist doing yoga poses in there, haha!
Stu and i are going to our ante-natal class on Saturday. We've opted for the one day saturday class from 9am-4pm rather than the ones they have in the evening for 5 weeks. It'll either bamboozle us with information in too short a time or we'll walk out all clued up on birth and parenting...hmm...have a feeling it'll be the former!
I have my next appointment on the 19th and then every 2 weeks after that i think. Can't believe i'm 30 weeks now. Really in only 6 weeks time anything can happen and the little one will be fine. Ooooh so exciting :-))
Will let you know how we get on this weekend at the classes.
