07-10-2008 - 7 Weeks

My mood while writing this blog: Happy

Hi everyone, so Divan is 7 weeks this week and every day he is different growing and learning. He picks up his head grabs at objects and gives us a few big open mouth smiles each day he is also starting to talk to us making little coo sounds, he sleeps for longer hours and stays awake longer during the day.

We also started working again this week, not the whole day but half days which is great I make a bit more money but still have him with me he really enjoys sitting on my lap and watching me design. Hubby and I are also deciding wheather to sell one of our cars as both of us work so so close to home the one is just standing and literally collecting dust we only drive with it once a week on weekend just so the battery doesn't go flat this will also mean a bit more money for us to spend on Divan. We want to get him an education fund for when he goes to school and college or universaty, we would also save more money for rainy days. If we are not using the car why pay for it then.

I'm starting to get use to this whole family thing, work, cleaning, washing, taking care of baby (daddy also help's with all of this) I can't wait to extend our little family but not rushing it now in two years we will add another little one to our nest.
