My mood while writing this blog: Sad

Hi ladies !

So today is my last day at home with Divan, monday I start workig again, I resigned when I went on maternity leave (I just got so sick of doing kitchens) I got a job as a PA which I turned down yesterday I am officially now the Branch Manager of Marvelous Maids in Pretoria, good job (because I'm the boss) with loads of growth potention. Two area managers work beneath me (met them yesterday), my personal assistants name is Yvette (meeting her monday) and about 20 other employees that I should manage, I do everything from doing placements, hiring people, firing them, credit control and much more, so glad that I do have an assistant doing it alone will be hell. The first few months will be hard as I have to learn there system and how they actually work.

The down side to this is that I won't be able to spend everyday with Divan, I love working and get very bored at home. It's not that I don't love spending time with Divan and he is a full time job, but hubby cant bring in all the money (he is also a manager at a financial firm) I just feel so bad that he is paying for everything from the house to the cars, I know some families work like that but I just can't stay at home the whole day. I will miss him, I do work close to home if something does go wrong, Julia (the nanny) is here now she is great with Divan. The last week I showed here how to feed him and to make his bottles, teaching her his routine, she has looked after a few children over the years (Julia is 56) but every child is different. I feel totally comfy with her and know that she will do just fine with him. Still I feel nervous about it. To all the mommies who work did you also feel like this ??
