Boy, I knew from the day I found out I was pregnant that it was a boy

- What is your favourite thing about being a mommy ?

Waking up and coming home to a beautifull smiling face no matter how bad my day was or is going to be, and to know that he is mine, God's gift to us.

- What is your least favourite thing about being a mommy ?

Washing those stupid Dr Brown's bottles with all the little pipes and stuff in it.

Divan Xavier

- How did you pick it ?

Divan comes from my dad he's name was David we swapped the letters around and added a N, and Xavier is Paul's family name.

- Was your baby named after anyone special ?

Yes both grandpa's

- What does your baby's name mean ?

Not sure haven't checked yet

- Was your baby planned or an oops ?

Planned we were trying for 6 months before getting pregnant

- Are you a proud mommy ?

Yes

Yes

No

- Who takes care of your baby most of the time ?

I work full time Divan has a nanny who he stays with during the day when I am at work

- How old were you when you found out you were pregnant ?

Yes loads

Light brown

- What colour eyes does your baby have ?

Brown like his daddy's

- Who does your baby look like ?

He looks just like Paul accept for his lips and hands and feet which looks like me, but otherwise a spitting image of his father

- How long were you in labor ?

Well I started getting hectic contractions on saturday and sunday coming and going coming and going, but I knew I couldn't be in labour because Divan did not drop, so monday night I went to the emergency room and had a emergency c-section, his cord was around his neck.

- How long did you push ?

Nothing

- Did you deliver naturally or c-section ?

Emergency C-Section

- Who drove you to the hospital ?

Paul

- Who drove you home ?

Paul

- Who was in the room when you gave birth ?

Only the doctors and Paul

- How many days did you stay in the hospital ?

4 I had am epilepsy attack the day after the birth and spent 2 days in ICU (couldn't see Divan or Paul) it was awfull, I was so full of drugs I can hardly remember my hospital stay.

- Did you have any complications during your pregnancy or delivery ?

During the pregnancy yes, very very bad MS, then from 12 - 21 weeks they thought that Divan had Down Syndrome went through so much testing, which drove me crazy, heavy heartburn at the end and Divan kicking me in the ribs so bad that I slept sitting upright on the couch for 3 weeks. I was so out of it during the delivery I was allergic to the spinal they gave me, as said above I hardly remember what all happened at the hospital.

- Do you want boys or girls in the future ?

Im not sure both would be great, I would like to raise a girl but often feel like I'd be better with only boys, strange ?

- What is your favorite moment as a mommy so far ?

There are just to many to say.
