My mood while writing this blog: Tired, Happy and Enjoying Mommyhood

Hi Mommies! I thought I would give a little update, since I don't have time to respond to everyone's messages.
Presley is doing great! At 7 weeks he weighed in at 14 lbs! He is my big growing boy! He is always smiling and has the most amazingly cute chubby cheeks. I am always kissing them. Presley loves his baby music and loves the water. He has already been swimming twice in the BIG pool. Pres also loves to take baths with mommy. It is so enjoyable for the both of us! We have the best time together. He is on a good schedule, though for the past few days, he has been going through a growth spurt, so we have been eating every 2 hours, even at night. On June 30th he gets his first round of shots and I am so nervous! I don't want him to hurt! Tonight he is spending the night at Aunt Amy's! I am soooo nervous about this. I am going to miss him terribly, but it will be a nice little break. Colin and I are going out to have a date night. Seriously, I can't remember when we didn't have a conversation about Presley and his poop or feeding. LOL! Presley and I also signed up for Mommy and Me classes, which I am so excited about! Those start at the end of the month. Then we scheduled his photo shoots for 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. I chose a different photographer. The photographer that did his newborn photos was so outrageously overpriced! Here is a link to the new photographer. As for me I doing well. I am back at the gym working out. I have 40 lbs to lose!! I gained 62 with Presley, but lost 27 just by giving birth. Colin and I are celebrating our anniversary in September and we will be at the beach, so I have to get this body some what back to normal. Wish me luck ladies!

Our little ones are on the same track. He was 2 months on the 14th and on Monday he went and was 15lbs 12 oz!!! He got his shots and the next day he was in RARE form. I know its awful, but it could be so much worse for them if they didnt get the shots :)

You sound to be doing great, and Presley is thriving! Enjoy your night out with Colin! I look forward to the photos of Presley when you do them .
Its great that you have enrolled at the mother and baby classes, I really enjoyed going to those things, they helped me enjoy being a mummy even more because we had things to do each week and a focus. I need to keep busy!!!!!

hey mommy!! aww what a big boy presley is! jaliyah's big too...can't believe how fast she is growing. she's got the chubby cheeks too. do you guys have a pool at your house?? sounds like fun...i wanna take jaliyah when i get back home. is he still sleeping good at nite? i am nervous about the shots too!! jaliyah goes for hers monday. i am not looking forward to her going through that pain!! then the day after that we are headed back to washington!! i pray she is not cranky on the plane. will this be the 1st time he has stayed the nite away from you?? i am glad you are doing well...i need to be there with you at the gym! when i get home i am gettin a membership somewhere. i've still got some lbs to lose!!
