17-5-2008 - 7 weeks... 4 days

Seven Weeks and 4 days... I have been both dreading and anticipating this day since I found out I was pregnant again. I was exactly 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant on February 19 when we lost our first baby. I only had one AF between that pregnancy and this one so I guess I'm still coming to terms with what happened. With my last pregnancy, I felt nothing, no symptoms, nothing that felt anything like I feel today.

With this one, I am nauseous all the time, tired, grumpy (according to DH bless him) and have good HCG levels. But still I woke up this morning with a feeling of dread hanging over me. Everything points to this time being different. Everything inside of me is telling me that I am pregnant, I feel pregnant, and the Doctor was very postivie, so why the feeling of dread... I guess the mind plays tricks on you huh? Hard day today, but you know what they say, whatever dosen't kill you, makes you stronger.
