07-11-2008 - Dr. Appointment Update

My mood while writing this blog: Tired

Everything went great today! Fundal height is 30 cm, which is normal for me. Gained 2 lbs., putting me to a 28 lb total gain, and still plenty of time to gain more..lol!

He palpated my tummy and is almost certain that baby is HEAD DOWN!!! Whoo Hoo!! Thank you all for your prayers! :o) He will do an u/s next week to make sure though.

I go for weekly appointments now, which does not seem possible, where did the time go???? I am very excited about meeting our newest blessing though, can't wait to kiss his/her little face, hold those precious little hands, and provide nourishment to that sweet little body w/ milk prepared special by God just for him/her!

I recieved the carseat in the mail yesterday!! I need to start packing my bag, which is unusual for me, b/c I usually have it complete except for last minute items by this point. I usually also have the house completely clean and organized, and freezer stocked w/ meals, and use the last 5 weeks or so for resting, enjoying my family, and impatiently waiting for baby to come! But that is not the case this time! I am working on it though, just probably will not be all that I had wanted it to be, b/c lets face it, time is FLYING!! I have been working on meals this past week, and we have quite a few meals frozen and ready now, which makes me feel much better!
