I found a really good site when I was pregnant with Elliana and it helped me to get mentally focused on the upcoming birthing process. It is very informative, and now that my increase in Braxton Hicks has reminded me that I am about to go through labor again , I ventured back over to read and get mentally prepared again!
It is good for all stages of pregnancy actually, not just for the "marathon" part! I encourage all who want to have a natural birth, and even if you don't, to visit it and read what they have to say!
