Well, I thought AF was just about gone yesterday. Not even spotting to speak of until I was working out last night and when I finished I all of a sudden felt this gush. Thank God I had been wear a lite day pad. It filled it, bright red and started to leak through. I understand that the working out probably helped me expell the rest of the lining, but what I didn't get was how bright it was compared to the darker red I normally get.
I'm currently reading "Taking Charge of Your Fertility", which I have to say I think everyone should read even if they aren't TTC. And in there is says that they color and consistency of blood should be similar from cycle to cycle. I guess I'll have to be keeping an eye from now on.
I really can't wait for AF to leave so we can start BDing again. I just have a great feeling about this month!
