hello everybody and thank you for taking time to read my blog. this is my first child and i have a few questions about my baby shower.

1. is it best to do it in the house or outside
2. is it to much to ask for money or donations during the baby shower
3. what games do you play
4. are boys allowed
5. is it wrong to just tell people what we need
6. is it okay to have the shower two weeks before you are due, should you have it sooner
7. what if no one shows up, how are you supposed to ack
8. what type of food is necessary and what should you not serve
9. were your baby showers successful if so or not can u tell me what you did

I honestly believe a baby shower is what you want it to be. For my younger sisters we did small snacks like chips, dips, cake, nuts, mints, finger foods, we didnt do any games which I regret but it was decorated very cute! I would do it about two months before youre due b/c you never know when you are going to have the baby.. you could send out a list of things you need/want or do a registry.. I hope this helps! Oh yeah I have also seen ppl pass around envelopes and have ppl put their addresses on them so you can send out thank you notes..that was a cute idea I thought. Good luck on your planning!
