27-2-2009 - 4 month check up

We went for Jack's 4 month appointment today. Everything went really well. Here is his growth progression

Birth: 7 lbs 9 oz, 21 1/4 in.

By the time we left the hospital: 6 lbs 15 oz

2 week: 7 lbs 15 oz (25%), 21 1/4" (75%), 14" Head circumference (25%)

1 Month: 11 lbs 3 oz (I can't find the paper that lists his height & weight..man!)

2 months: 15 lbs 2 oz. (95%), 22 1/2" (25-50%), 16 3/4 Head circumference (50-75%)

At his ER visit 3 1/2 months: 19 lbs 5 oz.

4 months: 19 lbs 11 oz. (97%), 26 3/4" (75%), 17 1/2" head circumference (90%)

**The first time they measured that his height was 27 3/4..the second time 26 3/4...I'm assuming the 26 3/4 accurate....

I think Jack has finally leveled off in the weight department! Thank goodness! Maybe he'll make it through the rest of the winter in his 6-9 months clothes..I hope (since we have more summer things from this point on!) We're going to have his shots done at the health center since our insurance doesn't cover any of them..so that'll be in a couple of weeks! Hope everyone is well!

Wow 19lbs 11 oz?? Big boy! I just took Ryan to the dr on Tues because he is sick and he weighs 16lbs 9oz. Ryan is now 16.5 weeks old.

aiden's 4 month is next week. i can't wait. i'm sure he is pushing 20 lbs..he can wear some 6mo clothes already, depending on the brand!..your Jack is a cutie!
