So today was my first appointment of this pregnancy. I met with the nurse to update medical history, did a urine sample and got weighed and had my blood pressure taken...all the normal stuff. Everything went well and she gave me my referral sheet to have my initial lab work done (which I need to get done before I see the doctor on Oct. 13th). Based on their calculations, my due date is May 9th (not the 11th like I thought). Anyway, when I have my u/s around 12 weeks, we'll be able to better judge my due date. Can't wait...looks like I could have a mother's day baby on my hands! I can't think of a better Mother's day present than to welcome my precious angel into the world!! Ok ladies...that's it for me. I'll update again after my first meeting with the doctor on Oct. 13th. Off to bed...sleep well ladies and sweet dreams! :)

Sounds like all is going well.. Hooray!! yes i couldnt agree more what a great mothers day gift!! hope all continues to go well for you!!! ;))
