16-4-2008 - Miscarriage

My mood while writing this blog: Sad

So ok. Went for my check up on March 25th and found out my baby was not growing or developing at all. They gave me the option of waiting on my body to miscarry on its own or I could opt for a D&C. I opted for the D&C to get it over with. However mother nature had something different in mind, on April 1st at 1am I was awakened from a deep sleep with terrible cramps and horror movie bleeding. I got up went to the bathroom and sat there until 4am when I couldn't take the pain anymore I woke up my husband and we went to the Emergency room. found out my body had discharged most all of the baby and placenta and I was released. I bled for a week n a half and stopped. I went back to the Dr yesterday they said my pregnancy hormone was still up at 27 but should come back down within another couple weeks. I go back in 2 weeks for another blood test. please pray my prego hormone goes away on its own... i am just ready for this to be all over with.
