22-6-2009 - Sickness and Fainting :(

My mood while writing this blog: Scared :(

Had my first case of morning sickness this morning :(

Got out of the shower and bam! Felt really light headed and dizzy...like i was going to collapse! Then i started to feel sick so was confused cos was happy to feel sick (cos all must be well) but scared cos didnt want to collapse on the floor on my own (and naked at that!!!!)

I no i should keep a biscuit by my bed, but id had an orange juice as i usually do and felt fine when i got up but my shower must have been far too hot so i spent a whole hour with a wet flannel on my head lying on the floor in my, not so big, ensuite bathroom....

Mum came round to see if i was ok and wouldnt let me drive incase it happened again, very dramatic but i have had a more stressful day getting dragged around my her all day than if id have just stayed at home on my own!! IM greatful and everything but need a sleep now :)

Anyone else nearly collapsed with morning sickness?? It was way scary cos i was on my own, been the docs he says all is ok, did no tests or anything as normal and sent me on my way.... RUBBISH!

I was not actually sick but i hope the morning sickness i am getting is not always like this, i dont mind being sick just not with the added stress of fainting at the same time :(

I got dizzy a lot with my daughter but I never fainted. I was told to not take my prenatal until I was ready to go to bed and not move around alot because that could cause dizziness.

I would just let your doctor know if it keeps happening and be careful =)

im sorry you get so dizzy that u fall. i felt dizzy last night. i was layin in bed with my husband and i closed my eyes and just felt really dizzy. i get very nausea and feel lik i have to throw up. i finally did throw up today and still feel some what nausea. with my first child i had no signs of bein pregnant i felt great. the only thing i felt was the small tug of my womb growing.
