14-10-2009 - 2nd SA

Well hubby has his 2nd sperm analysis last Friday and we got the results today (I know some of you ladies also have your men on FertileAide for men so this might be of interest to you). His fertility Dr. uses the "strict method" for sperm analysis. His motility went from 28% to 73% (yay spermies!!! swim swim swim!!!). He also went from 40% of immotile sperm to only 10% and his morphology went from 1% to 3%. According to the strict method, they like to see atleast 6% normal for morphology. His Dr. explained that with the stict method, any tiny little thing "wrong" with the sperm they count as abnormal, example : the sperm might have a tiny little blemish on it, so that would be counted as abnormal (eventhough a tiny little blemish probably doesnt mean the sperm is really abnormal and is probably fine). He has been taking FertileAide for about 2 1/2 weeks. I don't know if it was the FertileAide that helped but it's not hurting so he's going to continue taking it. He goes in for his 3rd SA in 3 weeks. Maybe we got lucky and one of those super swimmers found my eggie this month :-)

That is Amazing!!! The results improved a lot, I bought FertileAide for my Husband too but he doesn't want to do any other semen analysis. So I never will know if it works for him only if I get prego. Good luck to you; I hope Mr. sperm swim, swim and swim and find Ms. egg to form a beautiful BABY!!!!

I hope they DID find your eggie because I would feel so much better if at least ONE of us were pregnant. Although, when you get your bfp, I'll be all alone in the ttc world from our group... :(
