| 25-2-2009 - Food Diary | My mood while writing this blog:I\'m getting hungry |
Well I've decided to join MRSMOMI with doing a Food Diary...
I'm turning into a whopper and quater pounder...Fast food has taken over...I need to get my butt in the kitchen..and I need to get on a healthier track...I rather see that I'm eating better don't want to be blameing it on my son...LOL...that whole you did this to Mommy thing...So I'm going to start now and I'll keep the walking at 3 times a week...I'll keep updating this blog...
Here we go...
Feb. 25th
Breakfast- I had grits w. corn beef hash--glass of apple juice
Lunch- Baked Ziti w/ grapefruit juice
Snack- Gold Fish Crackers & Water
Dinner- Green beans, Mashed potatoes, Mac n chz 2 wings (small portions) W/ milk (KFC)
Feb. 26th
Breakfast- Cereal w/ 3 sausage links and Apple juice
snack- Gold Fish Crackers
Lunch- Fish Fillet w/broccoli cheddar baked potato and juice
Dinner-Greenbeans, baked chicken, crab(don't ask) and some Milk
Feb. 27.
Breakfast- Cereal w. cin bagel and apple juice
Ok Well....the weekend just killed it for me...I'm not sure I'm so ready for this challenge anymore...I'll just try to watch the fried foods...but man when i get hungry I throw down....so I tried...I'm better at this kind of stuff not preggo...
