21-10-2009 - Almost 4 weeks old :(

My mood while writing this blog: sad/happy

Silas is 3 weeks and 4 days old today. He's doing really good so far! His dr. appt. was Monday. He weighs 9 lbs even now & grew 2 in. even! I could tell he was bigger. I cried a few times bc i knew he was bigger :( It makes me so sad.

I cried the other day bc DH hasn't been able 2 find a job yet but we think he's getting approved for unemployment and will be getting $290 a week. We said if he gets it then he will just stay on it for a while. I said since we're in the process of moving back beside his family & will have a babysitter that i would get a job since they just stopped my unemployment. As soon as i said that and thought about being away from him while working for even a day, i just started crying so much! I have only been away from him long enough 2 go grocery shopping! DH said he would do side work so i wouldn't have 2 work. I don't see how you working moms do it. It would kill me!

Silas has been smiling for about a week now & it's so cute! He makes a noise sometimes when he sneezes 2 thats adorable! I'm going today 2 find him a costume for Halloween. I still don't know for sure where i'm taking him.
