24-1-2010 - 14.3 appointment

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

I had my second Docter's appointment the other day! We have been on holidays so this was a super exciting appointment since I havent heard the heart beat at all other than at the ultra sounds. At the appointment I was 14.3 weeks pregnant! My uterus is starting to show, he found the heart beat right away it was 151. At 10 weeks it was 171 at our ultra sound before we went on holidays, it's also very active bouncing all over.

Docter said everything was looking good. Weight is a bit of an issue with me since I wasnt the smallest to begin. So im trying to keep it down. But oh so hard when all you want to do it stuff your face especially when you get home from a holiday where you didnt like any of the food. Beginning of December I weighed 177 pounds, and now im at 170 pounds woohoo...I lost 7 pounds, and over x-mas holidays. He didnt seemed concerned.

We do not have the docters in my town that are capable of deliverying. So I have to make a decision of where I want to have my baby. I have no idea, one city is about a hour away and if you want an epidural there well its the luck of the draw im sure they can only do one a day. So hopefully your the lucky one if you want it.Then there is a city about one hour and a half away, and there you can have an epidural if you want it there is no limit (that i know of) Or there is a city about 2 hours away and that is the main big city with many hospitals. My docter wants my decision in 4 weeks, my next appointment. Does anyone have advice for my or an opinion?
