Jordan got a call today from her doctor. The results of her one hour glucose test was high. I am concerned for her because she was so upset when I left her house today. She was crying so hard about this test. She knows about diabetes and what this could mean. She has to go in for a three hour sometime this week. We really thought no new was good news, then the call. Her one hour test was 183. Say some prayers for her. Thanks, Grandma Shirton.

Awww, that sucks...I feel for her but coming from a family of diabetics tell her not to worry too much. It's not as bad as it seems. Besides she could pass the 3 hour test with no problems! That apparently happens alot. And if she does develope GD it's only for the remainder of the pregnancy and she'll have great doctors and a nutritionist at her beck and call making sure everything is safe for her and baby. I hope she cheers up soon and try not to worry grandma because everything will turn out fine with the end result being a happy and healthy baby girl!!!
