03-11-2008 - My ultra-sound yesterday

My mood while writing this blog: Good

08:07am - So I went for my 2nd scan yesterday and found out I'm accually 18 weeks already and baby has grown sooo much, almost didnt fit on the screen, it was nice to see the heart beat and see that everythings ok, i forgot to load the pics on my PC, so I think it wil be up tomorrow, I thought I wouldve been able to see what I'm having, but baby was shy... ;-) Doctor then said "looks like daddy's little boy, but I'm not sure yet, I will check when you come with your next scan" and I was like ... WTF?

Then also i read in the new issue of MY PREGNANCY, that the baby expo is in Cape Town this weekend (7-9 November), so I am very excited about that.

Further on the weekend was great, My husband and I could finally move into our house which we were busy renovating, we couldnt sleep last night because it was the first time in months that we were alone, free todo as we please, No More in-laws makin me feel bad about myself, now its just me and him and we enjoying eachothers company sooooo much.

I did some finishing touches on my bathroom last night before turning in for bed and our clothes are still lying everywhere in black bags in the main bedroom, and wedding gifts in baby's room, so I will have to do that tonight when i get home from work. We are now going to start on baby's room, I am thinking of making it all white as Doc cannot see what I'm having yet and I dont want to wait any longer to do baby's room, so I think white is in order for a boy or a girl.

SO the excitement is on...
