Hey Coopermom, maybe you should just advise your doc, cause swolen feet can also be a sign op pre-eclampsia. I'm sure it is fine, but maybe just have it checked out.

OH my goodness you got me thinking about that too. I first noticed that my feet were swollen on saturday when we went to the zoo and we went for a walk and my feet were so darn swollen that I looked like a oros man. I freaked out too but they returned to normal when I put them in cold water later. I think we are holding water back or something but the advice i can give you is to not stay on your feet for too long. Rather walk slower or rest inbetween if you can. My hubby rubs my feet at night and that helps alot too!

08:03am - GOOOOOd day ladies
So lastnight when I got home I felt a bit strange to the point where I couldnt move my ankles... so I sat down on the chair and lifted my pants... to my horror my feet wire swollen soooo huge like double its size, I started panicing and hubby said I must lie down on the bed and he stacked up the pillows so i could rest them properly... it was the weirdest thing, so then we were lying in bed making fun of my feet because they looked so darn funny... hubby said they look like over sized frogs.
But anyway I no what causes it, but I want to no what could happen if by chance I had to stay on my feet straining it all the time while its that swollen?
It accually got me thinking, that if is that bad now... I still have a million days to go, how wont they look the day I have to give birth... like elephants maybe?????
