18-12-2008 - what I'm feeling today

My mood while writing this blog: Tired

09:05 am - Hello Girlies

I am soooo tired today, but very excited because Xmas is just a heartbeat away, I love Xmas because I get to spend time with my whole family and its not about the presents for me - even though a teeny weeny gift wont be declined... LOL - Xmas is more about the cheer and merryness that the day brings and also the togetherness us christians experience, that makes it special, because we have a day that symbolises the love we feel for God and we get a chance to show our family how special they are to us. This Xmas I have decided that only my close family will be getting gifts, I usually buy for my friends and my aunts and uncles and the list just does not end, but this year I will be buying for my family and also because buying gifts has become so damn expensive... everything is overpriced, Lucky for me I bought wrapping and cards last month and some other goodies, so I dont have to struggle getting those things now.

O great. I've got heartburn... I just got it as I was typing this blog ...

I want to go home, I am sitting here at work and there is no work to speak of since everyone is on leave including all our supplying companies as well, and I'm soooooooooooo tired wish I could just put my head down and rest, hubby and I had friends over last night which i ended up arguing with my brother in-law (again)... I think we should just keep our distance from eachother while I'm still pregnant, becuase he says things he shouldnt and it hurts my feelings and I dont go all sad and cry, i want to grab him at the throat and strangle him for saying such horrible things to me... let me tell u what happened, last night hubby and I had supper early and I cleaned the kitchen, we had leftovers from the night before, so there was nothing left, so when our buddies came there, my brother-inlaw also showed up then (we all have mutual friends) anyway, I took out some chicken to just roast on the coals because hubby made a fire, so then when it was finished my brother inlaw orders me to the kitchen as if hes my husband and when i told him I just cleaned my kitchen he says "what kind of house wife are you? Your lazy!" so I told him that i just cleaned my kitchen, its 1 in the morning and I'm pregnant and I have to be up at 5 for work and that he can proceed to help himself... so then he throws a few tantrums about how rude I am... I almost killed him at that point, but insead I called my hubby oneside and told him what had happened and he handled everything from there... what is wrong with my in-laws? they really hate me...
