28-12-2008 - Pregnancy Update: week 26 - Xmas!

My mood while writing this blog: alright

09:51am - its cold here in CT

amaizingly I made it to week 26 with morning sickness and all.

christmas was great, spent it with the family, the food was devine, just didnt have enough room for all the food that was available.. LOL...

I had really bad heatburn tho... it really messed with my eating habits, I ended up eating less.

Today I'm at work while everyone else is on leave, very fraustrating to get up so early for work, i wish I could be home with my hubby, he's home till the 5th of Jan and I had to work right through the xmas holidays.

Baby is giving very solid kicks now, responds to loud noises, like when her dad screams at me for no reason at all... and so on, then she will give sudden moves...

Went to the beach the day after Xmas and it was so hot at the beach I burnt myself good and solid without even noticing it, it was lotsa fun, just wished I couldve took a little swim, but I never had my swim-suit on, so I had to hang with the guys out on the sand while the girls where swimming around like fish.

Xmas came and went so fast I cant believe where I am in my pregnancy either , I have only 15 weeks left before I'm a mother and I'm starting to feel like I'm not ready... If I think back on how fast 26 weeks went by, It can only show me how fast the next 15weeks will go, so i think its time for proper preperation, I have also decided that I want to change my hospital but I dont no if i will be able to do that since I'm so far into my pregnancy, but I will hopefully find out soon if that can be done, I want a hospital more closer to home... the one I have is a bit far.

so further on I hope you are all doing well and i hope you guys enjoyed spending Xmas with your family's and I hope that you will continue to enjoy the next few days that will bring us into the new year and also the year that we will become mothers, so keep well and take care of yourself and your family's as well as your unborn baby...
