I decided to get back on my diet and exercise program this week. First part of the week wasn't so good but this latter half has been great! Got on the treadmill on Tuesday, had Wednesday off and was back on tonite. Calorie intake was great, so if I can keep this up I'm hoping I can see some progress on the scales! I need to lose 30kg and have set mini goals to help me along the way. I can do it!!!!!!!!
