11-12-2008 - Another week down!

My mood while writing this blog: Nervous

Hurray another week down since i found out i was pregnant!...i think ill be 6 weeks tomorrow!! this week has been a roller coaster, full of ups and downs..i keep having the worst nightmares of losing this pregnancy or of it all being one big "GOTCHA ur not really pregnant at all"...*sigh*...which makes sleep not something i can enjoy..but other than me being on the edge and constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop, things have been good....no signs of anything wrong and that makes me thankful every day! My son is doing great and he keeps me sane and busy so i cant obsess about stupid things all day long hahaha..Its definately different this time around...when ur pregnant for the first time u have all the time in the world to focus on urself and whats going on with u...when u have another child u tend to forget about urself and focus on them...which is great but also tiring! haha I made an appt with my family doctor and i have my first prenatal appt on Dec. 31....im hoping for great news for the new year! and if i can convince him to let me have an ultrasound appt made then, i will be sooo happy! i think it would help put my mind to ease...at least a little bit!

My sister is pregnant as well..and that makes it even more exciting..because our babies will only be about 4-1/2 months apart...they'll get to be close in age and good buddies! =) Well my son is hollering and i think thats my cue to go and get him outta bed...lots of hugs and baby dust all around!
