05-8-2009 - First OB Appointment today

So I had my first OB appointment today. The Doc seems ok and really nice. She discussed things with me. Other women were going in and hearing the heartbeat but when I asked her if I was able to hear the heartbeat like I did at the hospital, she said that with her machine it's too early.

My IPS testing is booked for August 19th. I'll be 12 weeks then. Then I have to go for blood work and then on September 2nd, I go for my 2nd OB appointment. All these appointments. WOW! Does it slow down a bit in the 2nd trimester? I'm feeling like my 2nd home is gonna be the doctors offices. LOL

Anyways, I'm still not "feeling" pregnant. No m/s, nothing. My breasts aren't even as sore as they were before. I hope that's normal. I'm also feeling soo fat. Grrrr. I can't wait till I actually start looking pregnant.

Oh well, that's it for today. Feeling alot of mixed emotions. Hope things start to progress a but quicker. I hate the waiting game.
