For the hands buy at the pharmacy wrist braces - black fabric with a metal support bar inside them to stabilize your hands. Use them while sleeping. It should help according to my doctor. Good luck!

I have had the same problem, it got better but you have to always have ur feet elevated and sometimes I know the pain in unbareable my bf wraps a wet cool towel around my feet you have to have them elevated while doing this, it worked for me. As for the hands things I am still in alot of pain they are always swollen and some fingers go numb I havent found anything good for that yet, hope this helps :)

I have been lucky with my feet so far. But my left hand goes numb a lot i hve been given a splint. Chat to dr hun. gd luck.x
