Poet is growing so fast. She is now three and half months old... I guess closer to four now. She had her first vaccinations on Nov 3rd(my 36th birthday.. OMG.. and her three month B~Day) and she weighed 13lbs 14 oz. She did really well with her shots and barely cried. The nurse thought she was so cute and content that she did not want to poke her and make her cry. She did cry, but not much. She handled the vaccines well. She started rolling over from tummy to back on Nov 19th and from back to tummy on Nov 21st. I was so proud. The tummy to back thing is no big deal, but going both ways is. Usually babies don't roll from back to tummy until 5 or 6 months. I was sure proud of Miss Po~Po. I got her the girly 1~2~3 tea for me exersaucer. She loves it... especially the tea pot. She always tries to chew on the handle or the spout. She has really started to giggle now too. She loves when you make funny sounds and cross your eyes. She thinks its hilarious. LOL! She is a really good baby. My brother, Jeff, came up for a quick day visit last Monday. We were out all day with Poet, Corgan and Cannen. Jeff thought she was a really good baby and I was honoured he thought so. Very content and quiet. She is a great baby. She has been sleeping through the night in her crib for about a month now... maybe a little longer. It's heaven. I would not trade her for the world. I love her all the kiddos so much!
And on the topic of kids... I am getting a tubal ligation next month. I am done. 5 is enough. I know how blessed we are and cherish each and every one of them, but I am done. I am 36 now and I think that is a great age to be finished having children. It's just a quick and easy day surgery. Shell is going to watch the little ones and Shaun is going to take the day off to tend to me. I am a little nervous and freaked out about this part of my womanhood ending, but at the same time know its time.

I'm glad all is well. I'm so envious that she is sleeping through the night. My little guy still wakes every 2-3 hours to eat, and then get's a tummy ache because I end up falling asleep while he's feeding and forget to burp him. He's practically sleeping with us(which I swore would not happen, lol). He's still not rolling at all, he's perfectly content being lazy, lol. I thought I was done having babies too, but I want another one, but Ryan is so done, so I guess I'm sol, lol. Good luck on your surgery :o)

Nate is so lazy lol He's my first so I'm wondering if it's weird that he's only gone from tummy to back like three times n that was like 2 wks ago. Reading the milestones he's advanced in some things but when i put him on his tummy he pulls himself up n when he gets tired just cries. He does babble allot..bring his hands together n hold things but the turning over thing is just not his thing lol. Since u have 5 did this happen with any of your boys or even the other girls?? Good Luck with the surgery I'm sure you'll be fine hope it's the least painful as possible!!!

Glad Poet is doing so well! I can't wait to see Katelyn meet more milestones - still waiting on that first giggle! She will be 3 months on December 5th. She FINALLY hit the 10 pound mark (well, I'm assuming.. she was 9 pounds 15.5 oz yesterday), so a tiny girl. It's such a blessing to be a mom (and be able to stay home for the year)! I can't imagine having 5 - you are definitely super-mom! I'm sure the surgery will go perfectly, and it sounds like you've put a lot of thought into it, so I'm sure it's the right decision for you!

Arianna has mastered the tummy to back roll but cant get from tummy to back because of her silly arm that keeps getting in the way LOL it is so fun watching them grow and learn :o)
