06-1-2009 - Name....UGHH!

Well, it might have been too good to be true because we argued all night last night about the name. I DO NOT want to use Tyler for a 1st name, it just doesn't seem like it would sound right for a grown up to me. A 45 year old named Tyler? NO! I love Remington, but out of spite for me not using Tyler (my husbands middle name) he is saying we aren't going to use Remington now :( I am so mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love Remington. PLUS it was his idea in the first place for a middle name. I just wanted it as a first name. Anyways I am back on the name hunt and little boys are soooooooooooooo hard to name. Plus I work in a school so every single name you bring up I can have a reason why I can not name my child that due to a kid in the school that is probably annoying! Oh well....any suggestions? I made a new poll with some ideas. PLEASE HELP!!!! :(

My son's name is Tyler and yes, he's 3 years old but as he grows up he can go by the name Ty or T.J (his middle name is Joseph.)

well during this pregnancy and my first one, we agreed on the name brittan for a boy. it's somewhat common, but neither one of us knew anyone with the name. we also considered the name warren, for family reasons mainly. i also liked the name ryder. and i know they are common but i was a fan of aidan, caidan, braidan, and so on and so forth. they all rhyme, so they're practically the same. anyway...hope that helps a little and hopefully you'll find another name you totally love!
