30-8-2008 - Kind of interesting OkMy mood while writing this blog:
Ok

I never really threw up while pregnant (so far), even during the first trimester.

I have a huge headache today (had it yesterday too) but I think it's from working 24 hour shifts as a paramedic. I got off at 6am this morning and went straight to sleep and didn't wake up until about 3pm. Naturally, I was hungry so I made myself a sandwich and some spagettios and sat down to watch an episode of House. The food wasn't really tasting good to me so I was kind of slow at eating it. I'm used to not being hungry, but I make myself eat for my twinners. Not even half way through eating I felt like I was going to vomit. I didn't even make it to the bathroom, it ended up in the kitchen sink! I just don't understand!

So now I'm just sitting here, I poured myself a glass of milk and am trying to decide whether I should try eating again... I don't want to throw up again. :(

The only things that I could eat during my first trimester with hyperemesis was fruit, except melon, but everyone is different. The lighter the food the better.

Hope you feel better soon and take it easy!
