| 30-3-2009 - NEED SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | My mood while writing this blog:Dead |
Well first things first. The meeting went well. It was just me and the area manager. Basically everything I wrote in my email he has looked into and done something about. With regards to my manager telling me I had to take maternity and was not allowed sick, well it has come back as a HR issue. There is an email trail of someone (some idiot) from HR telling him that so they are now being dealt with. My area manager said he is trying to work something out for me to compensate but cant promise anything. I have no idea what he is going to do but I hope it involves more time off lol. Everything else has now been resolved as well. And as for the comment about "business coming first" my manager got bollcoked for that lol.
Cameron is still wetting himself. I took him to see the nurse and she said the fact he is even saying "it tickles" when he goes means there is some kind of unusual senstation there. Which makes her believe he has an infection. He couldn't do a sample so she prescribed some antibiotics for him and so far although he is still weeing, its not all time like it was. So hopefully by next week we will have a clean dry Cameron.
Caiden has been a bit of a nightmare at night he has still been waking up at about 4:30am and being unsettled all night. I did stop giving him cereal at night about 3 weeks ago cos it seemed to give him a bit of tummy ache. Last night I tried him with it again and I am trying a new routine. Cameron showered at 6pm, Caiden bathed at 6:30pm. Cameron and Caiden both have milk at 7pm then Cameron goes to bed and has a story from Mark and I stay down stairs and feed Caiden his cereal. Last night was quite good Caiden crashed right out so Mark put him in his cot and then Caiden woke up. So in the end we brought him back downstairs and he has one more oz. I told Mark to bring the basket down so I could put him down. When we went to bed Mark carried Caiden in the basket upstairs then I had a brainwave lol....I told Mark to put the basket in the cot. Mark looked at me like I had gone mad lol. Caiden woke up 3 times but only for a dummy. and thanks to the clocks going forward it was 5:45 when he woke up. lol. I think the basket helped him feel a bit more secure as the cot is so big.
I so hope we can get this sleeping thing nailed by the 20th then I return to work.....If anyone has any tips to help then PLEEEEEEASE. lol
