Hey ladies;

I know I can research on the internet for hours about what is safe to take during pregnancy or not. I have a simple question:

I woke up this morning with a really sore throat. It just feels really dry. I don't think it's an infection, just a cold due to the stupid weather ups and downs here in Ontario.

The company I work for carries Chloraseptic and Sucrets lozenges. I read somewhere that Sucrets are safe, but I'd like to hear what you ladies think.....

What's the safest path? Or are we thinking along the lines of hot tea instead?

a friends one year old daughter just had a really bad ear infection and sore throat and the dr at urgent care told her to do the same benadryl maylox mixture with her daughter...she said it seemed to work for her!!1

When I was pregnant I got a bad cold at 20 weeks that lasted almost an entire month. My dr told me I could do 1 tsp of Benadryl mixed with 1 tsp of Malox and put in the freezer to make it super cold. This will numb the throat. Hope you feel better soon.
