12-12-2008 - Back in a better mood!!

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Sorry, my last two blogs were so negative! My hormones have gone wild ever since I hit the 3rd trimester and it doesn't take much to make me happy, or sad, or angry, etc. But I'm working on keeping them under control : )

Went to the doctor today for a routine appointment and good news is that I don't have GD, so I was all stressed out for nothing! Little man has been really frisky this week, and his new favorite "game" is to press what I think is his toosh up against my belly on one side of my belly button making my tummy look lop-sided! It's really weird looking! Well I lay back on the table to let the doctor measure my belly and as I lay back I feel him shift positions and then there it is...the lop sided belly! He is such a comedian already! Doc had to push him around a little bit to get him to lay flat so she could measure my belly. Anyways, heartbeat was 145 and I've gained another 4 pounds!! Aaahhh!! Don't worry, I'm not freaking out about my weight. As long as doc says I'm healthy then I won't care, and just keep eating what I'm eating : )

On another note, I can't wait for my Christmas vaca! I only work 3 days next week and work and then I don't go back till the 29th, so I have like 11 days off!! Woohoo!! I'm so excited cause I want to spend it working on our little man's room! I feel like there is still so much to be done, and I'm getting bigger by the day! I also get to go take my breastfeeding and childbirth classes over break too! I can't wait to do that either! Plus, don't forget the nice big meal we get to eat again! hehe
