EVERYthing hurts at this point.
Walking, siting, laying down and every movement baby makes actually aches.
I've exercised up to 7.5 months, but I just can't now - it's painful.
It's sort of annoying when people say "Walking is good, you should walk to bring on labor".
I don't even bother to explain how much it hurts to walk.
I wouldn't even call it walking anymore and it's WAY past waddling.
What I know is that walking is great once you've started labor in order to progress labor naturally (gravity).
I also know that no one is sure how labor begins, whether it's a signal from the baby, or the uterus, but the brain eventually sends out the signal to start the oxytocin.
