I love it for a girl's name! I know a little girl named Kaydence as well as a little girl with the same name spelled Kaydan... And I have noticed that boyish names are becoming more popular for girls too!... I worked in a daycare centre and came across many names that could be used for both genders! :)

I personally like it very much, I think it's very cute and it sounds like a girls name to me...but on the other hand the "-aden" sounding names (at least for boys Aiden, Brayden, Hayden) are getting SUUUUPEEER popular so you may want to take that into consideration. But it's very cute, and not boyish at all.

I've heard of Kayden for a girl before. I think boyish names are becoming more popular for girls these days anyhow. My Aunt gave all of her girls boyish names. Scotti, Randal, and Jordan Reilly. I love the idea so if you like the name... GO FOR IT! LOL

I think its perfect the way it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are going with Hayden as a middle name if we have a little girl. Hayden too is more of a boys name- so you can see how we feel about it!! Really cute go for it! :D

We need help :) We're having a baby girl and we can't really agree on names. We like the name Kayden but are torn because we're not sure if its too boyish. What are your thoughts? Would it be a cute baby girls name? Do you like how we spell it? Kayden? Or is there a better way to spell it for a girl?
