I agree with you. Of the 4 you listed, Mikaylah is my fav. I like it spelled Mikayla (but that wasnt an option lol)

i vote you go with the first one. the one with the 'i' in it may sound a little different. the first spelling seems to sound the closest to how you want it to. she's gonna be so darn cute though that any one you choose will be fine!
