My mood while writing this blog: happy |
Hi ladies,It's Week 34 for me time is passing by really fast it seems like I just found out I was pregnant not to long ago.I went to the Dr. today and everything is going well besides my swollen feet,I told him that I stop eating salt but it seems like my feet are swelling up even more after I stopped eating salt. The advice that he gave me was to start walking and he also said 3x a day he wants me to lay on my back for 30 mins and just relax and this should help me out,I will start doing this tomorrow to see if this helps out. My joints in my fingers is also starting to hurt,I did not inform him of this because it does not bother me too much.......Ladies I am now 180 pds,lol I never imagined I will gain that much wait during my pregnancy,so I might be about 200 pds when I deliver-I feel like I'm all fluid and tummy, because I don't look that big.I been having contractions throughout the day, they come and go-So I'm guessing it's Braxton Hicks....those contractions are bit scary because I don't know if they are the real ones because I'm not sure what the real ones feel like.My baby is doing great,he's been moving alot lately-more than he has ever moved.I'm constanly being kicked in the ribs lol but it's ok,let him have his fun lol
My Shower is next weekend,I can't wait...Well I hope you ladies are doing great, have a great weekend!

Saturday, 8 Aug I too am terribly swollen! I even wake up swollen! :( I just saw the doctor last week though and he didn't seemed concerned (I guess since my blood pressure was normal). My feet aren't painful, only when my husband massages them too hard :( But my fingers are a little painful when I try to put my hands in fists :( My wedding ring doesn't fit anymore :( I have to wear it around my neck. I can't wait for the swelling to be gone after she's born so I can squeeze into my shoes again! Right now I am only fitting comfortably into one pair! Take care Mama, have a good weekend! hopeS -

Friday, 7 Aug My wrist hurts a lot at this stage. But I have heard that it is normal for tendons and joints to get swollen and hurt during pregnancy. I am glad you are doin well, you sound tiny to me!! I am sure you look great! Happy growing brendaboo13 -
Friday, 7 Aug i swear u and I ear having the same pregnancy in alot of ways. I am full of fluid and m joints in my arms, hands and legs hurt. i had to start wearing splints on my wrists to sleep at night due to swelling. If you feel like you hands are falling asleep it could be carpal tunnel so get it checked out. My dr recommended the splints til several months after the baby. Hopefully when the fluid goes away so will the aches and pains. tasaan1 -
Thursday, 6 Aug Glad to hear that things are great with you and baby!! Personally...I don't think you will hit the 200 mark...lol. I've been told to avoid salt too, the only thing I've found that doesn't contain sodium is Trail-Mix...lol I've become co-dependent on the stuff.....and I actually lost a pound last Doc. visit..lol Good luck with everything, we are almost there!! -Tasaan1 blessedbaby2be -
