Visit went well today. Baby's heartbeat was a strong 150 - 151 bpm. Doc said weight is good and I'm optimistic about my glucose and anemia test. Well see in a few days. Baby is measuring 28 weeks (has been about 1 - 2 weeks "ahead" since around 20 weeks) and despite a few uncomfortable nights and my usual worries, things are going well. We get to see baby on an ultrasound in 3 weeks!!!
I am also HUGELY relieved that my doctor said he really tries to do all the deliveries for his patients that he can...he did 220/250 last year. He is so good, calm, professional and has been with us every step of the way. I know too that if there are any complications and we have to do a last minute/ER C-section that I will be fine if he does it. After all, last year after going into an operating room for a D & C last summer with him less than 24 hours after I thought I was pregnant only to find it was a missed miscarriage...I survived the worst day of my life...as much as I don't want a C section, I know I can do it. Lets not go there though...
We used our tax return to blow off 90% of our bills...weather is SLOWLY getting nicer, and we are getting the last few items for the nursery this weekend (rocker should be in and my cousin is bringing over a bookshelf and a wall shelf that has a blanket rack underneath it. Hubby and I both still have our jobs and are very very blessed.
I only hope my luck and good fortune continues and I can concentrate on positive thoughts and funneling lots of them and support and good wishes to everyone in my friends network the rest of the way. Third Trimester baby! Here we GO!!!! Doc said I can continue to walk, even cut the grass (I love to put my headphones on and do it - our yard is not big) if I don't push the mower, and I'm careful with my back and ankles (he said our joints are very loose, he's not worried about me hurting the baby, just myself). 94 more days!!!!!!

I love your positive outlook! I'm trying to see things positivly also, I think it's better for our babies...
