Yay!!!! I'm right there with you! Anelise just got her first one and it's the bottom left. Just the top you can feel....can't really see it. She is 11.5 months old....but she was born 13 weeks early....so really....she is just about 9 months developmentally.....confusing. Still....seems pretty late to get teeth. A few people I know told me that the longer the teeth stay under the gums...the stronger they will be. We will see.

Yaaaay! Thats so exciting :) October still just has her two bottom teeth which she has had since about 6 months! I think there are a few about to come through on top but nothing quite yet. Congrats on tooth #1!!

Aliyah got her 1st tooth on April 2, 2009. At 9 months and 1 day old. Its the bottom right tooth. We were at my work and she put my finger in her mouth to chew on. I felt something sharp and I started to feel in her mouth and I discovered a little baby tooth. YAY! I was so happy and excited. I went around telling everyone and then got on the phone and called daddy and everyone else I could. LOL! When I looked in her mouth I could barely see the tooth but you can sure feel it. Later on I was trying to look in her mouth again and I could see another tooth beside the one I saw earlier but I can't feel it.
I thought she was never going to get any teeth. All my other girls had a mouth full of teeth by now. Aliyah is just getting so big everyday.
