08-1-2009 - two months old

My mood while writing this blog: so blessed

Mariah Celeste is now two months old! I cannot believe I gave birth over two months ago! She has been in my arms for 8 weeks and is now introduced to this world. She is such a happy baby. When she wakes up in the morning she just laughs and smilies. Its so great to wake up to a smiling baby. She is a little spoiled and is only calm in my arms. She also has trouble sleeping by herself in her own crib. I also finished her nursery and its absolutely precious! She now wears 0-3 months size so she has newborn clothes that she hasnt even worn once! She had her two month appointment today and was given 5 shots! It was the hardest thing I had to do was watch her be given painful shots. She is sleeping now and hopefully she doesnt get sick or have a fever. She weighs 12 pounds now! yes 12 pounds and is 24 inches tall. She is going to be a big girl. Oh and another funny thing is she has a birthmark on her right thigh and I have a birthmark on my left thigh! :-D
