i was thinking about getting a doppler and decided agianst it becuase if i couldnt find the heart beat i would freak out and probably without reason.

I have a cheaper one form babiesrus and I can already hear the babies heart beat and also hear them moving around. Im only 8 weeks!

I bought one from the tummytickles website. Its a HiBebe brand, and it works from 12 weeks. I love it! You can also rent them for pretty cheap.
Mine shows the bpm on the screen and can turn up really loud. Also came with the gel you need

with my son i rented a doppler from babybeats.com. they are not that expensive. i loved them and they have several different kinds. i got the cheapest one with a bpm screen. i love love love them. I can't wait to rent one with this pregnancy. good luck.

So I am interested in buying a doppler and wondering if it would be a waste of money or what?
Is there a good brand name?
Do they work around 12 weeks or do you have to wait until really late in pregnancy?
Just doing some research, thanks for any advice!!
