22-7-2008 - Week 16

My mood while writing this blog: Good News!

Yesterday I was going to the midwifes with my partner. We entered the waiting room and there were sitting about 8 people in silence, waiting for their turn. So we sat down in silence too and then suddenly my boyfriend sais loud enough for everybody to hear: "soooo....I can see for myself that all of you women DID IT!" Haha the looks on everybodies faces!!! Some were looking weird and some laughed haha It was a bit embarrassing but soo funny looking at those faces!! I almost peed in my pants haha!

Then we went in and I heard a heartbeat of 150-160 bpm. So that was really good! A high rate for a girl ;-) But.....my boyfriend and I were looking at the echophoto and we both thought separately that it looked like a boy's face... This weekend I saw one of his daughters sleeping and her profile matched my echophoto so much! So it can be a girl too! But..I am carrying my baby in front so that means a boy? Very confusing.....haha! Maybe I will find out in 3 weeks on my 20 week-appointment with detailed echopictures.
