02-12-2008 - 16 Weeks

My mood while writing this blog: All Over

Life

So things are going so so in my thing i call life. My guy and I are still not back together and living together makes it so hard. I love this man so much and if he cant understand my hormones are racing then thats his loss. We still are very close and do everything together and for each other yet we dont have the title. Lame I know. MY 4 yr old is loving the fact he is going to be a big brother. It is just so cute when he asks to kiss my belly. He tells the new baby I'm your new brother. Its just adorable. He is hoping for a baby sister like I am lol.

Baby

So I definitly am feeling the flutters alot more. I did have scare over the weekend and lost all symptoms. And I mean everything! I freaked out and made an appt. I went to the doc yesterday just to heartbeat to reassure myself everything is ok. The baby was moving all around and having a good ol time. It great that they allow me to come in when ever I want to. I love my doc!! I find out the sex in 2 weeks. I am so overly excited. Im praying for a girl lol. Either way I will happy and love the baby with all my heart. Nothing to big going on though. Flutters are amazing and I can feel the baby swimming all around. I just cant wait to feel those strong kicks!!

Weight

So going to the doc yesterday was a trip. I got lectured again. I have lost a total of 22 pounds since findingout I was pregnant. I dont get it, I eat like a pig lol. According to the doc I need to gain weight. It is not harming the baby at all, she would just like to see me put on pounds. I see it as if my child is ok and the baby is in no harm I am not going to gain excess weight that will be harder to loose after. Either way baby is fine so I'm ok with it!!!

Shopping

I am a total shopping freak. I have almost everything done. Nursery is complete and diapers are stocked to the ceiling in the closet. I have spent more then 5,000 on crib, changing table, dresser, bedding, bottles, breat pump, diapers, paci's, swing, travel swing, stroller car seat combo, running stroller. Lets just say I could name everything yet it would take forever lol. I'm just glad I wont be scrambling in the end to get it all done. This is my second child so I dont believe in having a baby shower. That is something you do with your first, after that your on your own. I like it better that way anyways cuz everything is exactly what I want. Im just thankful my guy and I are able to spend like crazy and get everything we need. Although I thought about going to work to keep me busy since I am bored as hell at home, I just dont feel up to it anymore. I'm glad im able to stay at home and have not a worry about financial problems. Lets just say I hate to work and since I dont have Im not going to lol.

Well Im off to go shopping some more and lunch with my sis. Hope all are doing well, babies are wonderful and all those trying to concieve I keep you in my prayers. Happy Tuesday everyone!!!
