I had something similar happen to me the last few days. I started bleeding thursday morning, just a little every time I peed. I had my second set of hcg levels done this morning and it went down about 40. I'm still having very light bleeding each time I pee. The doctor saw the embryo and sac on the ultrasound but said it was measuring a little small. He said a miscarriage is inevitable and that I can let it happen naturally. I'm devastated. Anyway... it's good that your levels went up! Don't give up hope! I bet everything will be just fine!

Well i got day two of the blood work back.
My HCG levels did not double, but they did go up. It was not a full 48 hours between tests (by 6 hours). She said my progesterone looked good though. She said she wished she had a difinitive answer for me, but unfortunately, she doesn't.
I go back next friday for another ultrasound to see if they can find the heartbeat.
What do you guys think?
Do you think it's still a viable pregnancy or do you think maybe the baby stopped growing and they will be unable to find a heartbeat?
I am scared to death and a week is SO long to wait..
