06-8-2009 - Dr. feels baby's head already

Ok guys. Maybe you will be able to give me some insight into this Two weeks ago, i had my appointment and i informed the Dr that i have been feeling a tremendous amount of pressure. So he said he would check me out to see what was going on down there. So he does a quick exam and he informs me that baby is head down and he can feel baby's head, but he said i am not dilated any and he said my cervix is a little shorter than it should be at this point, but nothing too concerning right now. I was 25 weeks at the time, and this is my third child, and i didn't know if any of you ladies have experienced this; and if so, what came of it. Dr. did tell me to stay off my feet, which i have been. Any information would be appreciated

with my 3rd child, her head was so low, i did not think i was gonna make it to 40 weeks. it felt like her head was always pushing down. The doctor told me i was carrying her so low. It felt like her head was grinding against my pelvic bone. Well, I made it to 40 weeks, I actually had her on my due date. I got to the hospital at 10pm and had her at 1203 am. A 2 hr labor!!!
