27-6-2009 - I WANT THIS BABY OUT!!

My mood while writing this blog:
TIRED OF BEING PREGNANT!

You guys, i want this baby out soooo bad.. I went on monday and got my membranes swept and I had bad cramps that turned into bad contractions but they went away... I was sure it was gonna happen.. Now here its saturday and I have walked and walked, played with my nipples until they looked like they were gonna turn purple and fall off and I have been jumping my husbands bones like 2 times a day and still no baby!!! I feel like I got my hopes up getting my membranes swept on monday and thinking it would do the trick and it didnt!! Then later this past week I was told that there is a difference between getting my membranes swept and stripped... yeah did you know that? Swept is when they go in and push on the membranes to release that prostglandin hormone to bring on contractions and getting them stripped is where they pretty much pull it out and strech the cervix which releases the hormones like crazy into your body as well as breaking away anything holding in the sac... then its just the baby in the sac pushing on that cervix so your just waiting for your water to break.. they say after getting that done to go home and have sex and walk your ass off and you will be in labor within 48 hours.. Well on monday of this week that is what she says she is gonna do.. but she says she doesnt like doing it and that if that dont work she will have me scheduled for an induction on the 8th of july!! 8th of july????? OH MY FRIGGIN LORD!! NOOOOO!! I can wait that long!! I am gonna eat a bottle of castor oil before I wait that long I swear!! Please if you have any suggestions or advise please help me because I am at the end of my wits here!! I am sooo uncomfortable and because they say she is gonna be another 9 pounder i really want her out!! I dont feel like i can strech anymore!! I AM HUGE!! and because we were pregant last year with twins and lost them at 2 months I have been pregnant now for like a year!!! I dont want to be pregant anymore!!!! I want her here!! I wont miss the sleep!! I pray god will just bring her out of my uterus and into the world tonight!! I am gonna have the wildest sex and put chip clips on my nipples and then go running for blocks!! lol!! help me i am going crazy!!!!!!!!!!!! Jen

Aw, bless you! I really feel for ya...I want my baby out NOW too...been having painful B'hicks for about 2 weeks now and it's starting to get unbearable!

Try eating fresh pineapple and drinking raspberry leaf tea...that's suppose to help! :)

ohhh Jenn, I'm hoping the best for you sweeite. They say once she is ready she'll come. Theres a few things i heard you can try. I drank 2 cups of cinamin Tea and my son came the next day. I was also told to eat curry food! i went for a foot msg and the lady said i gotta becarful caz there is a spot on the bottom of ur foot that can make u go into labour.... not sure if thats true wondering if she was trying to scare me lol but they said curry food and tea. DO not try the oil thing u will be in the bathroom and crying!

OMG ! Get outta my head !!!! I just had the same exact conversation. ! I am flippen miserable too and have done EVREYTHING !!!! And no baby ! I enve went to 6 flags Magic Mountain, walked, went on rides and nothing. My doc will not induce me until July 8th either and that seems FOREVER away. DON'T, DON"T do castor oil. That is my advise !!!! I drank a whole bottle 2 days ago and after throwing up..all I did was sit on the the toilet for 2 days - and I am now worse off then before, because I am now dealing with a hemmroid the size of a small country !!! TMI- but so true !!! Good luck- I am sending major delivery dust your way..send some mine too !
