24-6-2009 - 30 Weeks - 69 days to go!

My mood while writing this blog: ok

Hello everyone, its been awhile since ive blogged. In the last 3 weeks ive had my GD test met with a midwife at the hospital here for a book in appointment and then yesterday i met with a doctor and she said that as long as my bp stays under control they are happy for me to have baby here and at the moment by bp has been good so fingers crossed it stays that way.

My GD test came back normal. My stomach is measuring at 34 cm which is new for me with all the others it was always smaller than the week i was at. The doctor is sending me for a scan at 33 weeks they like to make sure that the medication hasnt affected the growth so i will have that done just before 33 weeks so that she can see it next time i go back on the 15th of July, i get 3 weeks break this time as ive been to a doctor or midwife for 3 weeks in a row. So everything looks good and i was happy with the appointment and i know that it will all work out for the best.

The boys only have 2 days left at school and its 2 weeks holidays for them and in the 2nd weekend we are going to Guys sisters wedding which should be fun. Guy finishes his Mature Age Apprenticeship in Boiler making tomorrow and he will have done it in exactly 2 years instead of 3 so he will get a $800 early finishing payment, im so proud of him. We are all getting excited about our new little arrival which is approaching fast, i looked at my ticker today and it says 69 days to go and we are down to single number weeks now, it has gone so fast. I got a tendon caught in my hip last week which thankfully loma (the very gifted massager i see) was able to get it out for me but it has been extremely painful, i have found that a hot pack works well.
